Key features

TWO PADS AT ONCE, FULL IN 2.5 HOURS - Drop both controllers onto the charger and the contacts pick up automatically; there is no cable to plug into each pad and no flap to lift. Both charge together and reach full in about 2.5 hours, so a set left on the dock overnight is ready before you are. This dual controller charger holds two controllers for PS5 DualSense/Edge and fully charges both in about 2.5 hours.
RED WHILE CHARGING, BLUE WHEN DONE - A light strip across the front of the charger reads red while a pad is taking charge and turns blue once it is full. You can see the state of both pads from the sofa without waking the console or opening a battery menu.
OVER-CURRENT, OVER-VOLTAGE AND UNDER-VOLTAGE ICS - Three protection circuits sit inside the base and cut in if the supply drifts outside DC5V 2A. That matters on a charger that stays connected for hours at a time, and it is the reason to prefer a contact cradle over leaving a pad on a random phone charger.
RUNS OFF THE CONSOLE, A PC OR A 5V PLUG - The supplied USB Type-C lead takes power from a USB port on the console, from a laptop or desktop, or from any DC5V 2A mains adapter. Running it from a wall plug or a computer means charging carries on when the console itself is shut down, which a charger wired only to the console cannot do.
FOR DUALSENSE ONLY, NOT FOR PS4 PADS - Worth checking before you order. The cradle contacts are positioned for the DualSense pad supplied with the PS5, and a DualShock 4 pad for the PS4 will not seat or charge on it. The base sits on a desk or shelf and is not designed to be wall mounted. In the box: 1 x charger, 1 x USB cable, 1 x user manual.
